Pay should be increased with favorable review. Pay people what they are worth and they will not leave. Legislatively limit class size. Do a study on class size and the effectiveness of a teacher, I am sure at some point in an over crowded class room the teacher becomes nothing more than a baby sitter. Allow for more aides in title school so the teacher can teach. Give tax credit for time spent helping in a class room. If you can get a tax benefit for donating to the homeless, let there be an incentive for helping our schools. Private educational programs requirer parental assist such as a day to help. Lets requirer the same of our public school parents. Come and help even if it is nothing more than to monitor the playground, so the teacher can correct papers. I would also have to read the bill before making up my mind about whether I think it is a good idea.  It may be a good idea to include more details about this bill to gain public more public and legislative support since this brief description doesn't tell us what it will do or its impact.
