Hazing Penalties Passes House
Representative Moss’s H.B. 138, Hazing Penalties passed the House last Monday, Feb 22th. This bill provides a penalty for a charge of hazing when an alcoholic product, drug, or other substance is involved.
The bill passed with 54 yes votes and 18 no votes, and will now move on to the Senate.
