Sexual Assault Victim Protocols Passes House
Representative Biskupski’s H.B. 340, Sexual Assault Victim Protocols passed the House unanimously Thursday, Feb 25th. This bill exempts a freestanding urgent care center from providing emergency contraception if there is a hospital within 30 miles, and requires an exempt freestanding urgent care center to provide certain information to a victim.
The bill will now move on to the Senate.
